Our Resistance Group Training is an engaging and invigorating group fitness experience that's all about teamwork and achieving your fitness goals together with other motivated women. These dynamic classes run for 45 minutes and are designed to challenge your body and push your limits in a supportive environment.

1. Energizing Warm-Up: Each class begins with a vital warm-up to prepare your body for the upcoming workout. This is crucial to ensure you're primed for a safe and effective session.
2. Segment-Based Workouts: Our workouts are divided into three 12-minute segments, with brief water breaks in between. This structure keeps you engaged and allows you to give your best effort in each segment.
3. Monthly 90-Second Challenge: Our signature 90-second challenge changes monthly. It's a fantastic way to test your limits and prove to yourself that you're capable of anything for 90 seconds!
4. Expert Instruction: Our instructors are dedicated to guiding you through every exercise, ensuring that you perform each movement correctly and effectively. While they won't be working out with you, they're there to lead, demonstrate, and offer personalized guidance.
Equipment and Circuits: Depending on the workout, we may use equipment such as resistance bands, mini bands, weights, or jump ropes. Don't worry; we provide these items for your convenience. Equipment needs are listed on the gym door and explained by the instructor before each class.
