What to Expect

When you step into Stronger Together (formerly MyLeanBody Boot Camp), whether it's for a Resistance Training group class, Small Group Weight Training, or Personal Training, a warm smile will greet you. Our mission at Stronger Together is to empower women as they build strength and confidence in themselves. We do this by eliminating the intimidation factor associated with going to the gym.

 

Resistance Training Session:

These classes are set up to make the most of the time you are there. They start off with a 6 minute warm up to get your body moving and ready to do the upcoming workout. Most workouts are set up in three segments that last about 12 minutes long with a water break bewteen each segment. The workouts vary everyday so you will not do the same workout twice! Workouts range from bodyweight exercises to exercises incorporating resistance bands for both upper and lower body, mini bands for lower body, or weights. The setup can vary too, with some sessions involving circuits that move you around the gym, while others keep you in one spot. These changing workouts will keep you coming back for more each week!

 

Small Group Weight Training:

Our training sessions consist of small, cohesive groups that train together week after week. In these sessions, participants master fundamental lifts using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells to introduce resistance into their exercises. These groups are intentionally kept small, typically accommodating 4-5 members, ensuring that each participant receives the individual attention necessary to perform each lift with precision and safety. These workouts are designed as extended programs lasting three to four months, allowing for individual progress with each lift. While all group members follow the same program, adjustments can be tailored to address each member's unique needs and goals. This personalized approach ensures that every participant can maximize their potential and achieve their desired outcomes.

 

Personal Training Session:Our personal training program is a one-on-one experience tailored specifically to you, led by one of our certified personal trainers. This personalized program is meticulously crafted within the walls of our gym with your unique goals at the forefront. Our personal training is not just about workouts; it's about a holistic approach to achieving your fitness goals. With Stronger Together, you're not just another client; you're a valued member of our community, and we're dedicated to supporting you every step of the way on your journey to success.

 

What to bring:

For all our classes and training sessions, remember to bring water, proper athletic shoes, and if you prefer, a workout mat and towel. We recommend wearing a supportive sports bra and attire that allows you to feel comfortable during your workout. Your comfort and confidence are essential to your fitness journey with us.
